OFFICE HOURS
Account executives are available 9am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Online orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, through our website, http://www.menusdc.com/.

NOTICE:
Orders are accepted up until 4pm the previous business day. We will accommodate last minute orders whenever possible, but selection and availability may be limited. Online orders must be placed 2 business days in advance.

MINIMUMS:
All menu items are prepared and priced for a minimum of 10 guests, unless otherwise indicated. Web orders can be placed for 10 to 50 guests. Please call one of our account executives for assistance if your order is for more than 50 guests.

CANCELLATIONS:
In the event of a cancellation, we appreciate as much notice as possible. You may cancel your order up to 24 business hours prior to delivery at no charge. Orders cancelled less than 24 business hours before the start time of your event prior to the event will be charged in full. To cancel online orders, please call 202.832.1212.

PRESENTATION: Unless otherwise arranged, orders will be sent on disposable platters and baskets. Remember to select the necessary Service Items to accommodate your order. Rental equipment, china platters, and chafing dishes are also available for an additional charge from our Service Items section.

CHEF'S NOTICE:
Minor substitutions may be necessary if any ingredient is unavailable or found unsatisfactory by our chefs.

PAYMENT:
Corporate Accounts may be easily obtained, on approval, by completing a corporate account application. Please contact us at 202-832-1212 for more information. MENUS accepts VISA, Mastercard and American Express.

DELIVERY:
MENUS delivers between 7am and 6pm, Monday through Saturday, serving the greater Washington metropolitan area. A delivery charge of $25.00 applies within the District of Columbia; an additional $25.00 will be charged if equipment pick-up is required. Delivery charges to locations outside the District of Columbia are based per mile. Driver assistance with set-up is available at an additional charge of $25.00

TAXES:
Local sales tax is added to all orders. Tax-exempt organizations must provide certification.
